We are excited that you will be joining us at the 2010 Iowa Recycling and Solid Waste Management Conference in Bettendorf, Iowa October 4-6, 2010! Please take a moment to read through the descriptions below to learn how you can most efficiently register yourself or your group. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards are accepted through this process on a secure site. Register as an “Attendee” if you plan to attend the entire conference, Tuesday only or Wednesday only. If your organization plans to have a booth or sponsor the conference, register as an Exhibitor or Sponsor. If you plan to attend only the tours, Welcome Reception or Awards Luncheon, register through the “Extra Tickets or Tours Only” option.
Register as an “Exhibitor or Sponsor” if your organization plans to have a booth at or sponsor the conference. Exhibitors receive either one or two complimentary registrations and have the ability to add additional attendees through this process. In addition, some sponsorship levels include complimentary booth space and attendee registrations.
Register here if you want extra tickets (i.e. for a spouse or friend) for the Welcome Reception Monday evening or Awards Luncheon Tuesday, or if you plan to attend only the Monday tours.
Iowa Recycling and Solid Waste Management Conference Cancellation Policy:
A registered attendee or exhibitor may cancel without penalty if written cancellation requests are received up to and including 45 days prior to the start of the conference. Due to financial obligations incurred by the hosting organizations, a credit less 50% of the registration fee will be issued for written requests received up to and including 14 days prior to the start of the conference. No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 14 days prior to the start of the event.
A registered conference attendee may substitute another person at no additional charge. The substitution request must be received in writing five days prior to the start of the conference.
